Food ebooks are a great form of communication in the area of ​​food PR. It provides an attractive content for consumers and, at the same time gives an opportunity to present key messages. The publication process is itself an opportunity that allows to  strengthen relationships influential groups such as culinary bloggers, nutritionist and chefs. We present selected works.

“California prunes in 16 ways” is an e-book established as one of the activities of the campaign “Friend from California”. We have invited 8 influential food bloggers to design special content for this publication. They prepared 16 unique recipes with exceptional photographs. As a part of a bigger cross-channel digital campagin ebook generated fantastic earned and owned media resultes.

“Classy school flavors”  mini ebook contains 3 recipes for school delicacies. Content of the publication was enriched with information on the nutritional value of each recipe. As a part of “back to school” angle in Sep. 2015, this content was downloaded over 8,000 times.

“Lunchbox from a friend from California” is a culinary e-book developed in spring 2017. Publication  is filled with recipes designed by food bloggers. Each recipe is food idea for one day of the week. In addition, the publication is enriched with a shopping list prepared by nutritionist. The material enjoyed great popularity, during the communication campaign it was downloaded over 12,000 times.
